The Long Island Tarot Club
This is the first time we are playing Tarot in a long time! We probably played only once or twice since we moved out of Brooklyn. And each time, we had to "import" the players from Boston, MA.
This is the french card game, no psychic stuff. Tarot is one of the most popular card games in France, along with Belotte I guess. It's not easy to find players in NYC so my wife and I are starting a club. We'll be happy to teach you if you've never played, it's not a hard game to understand. But the more you play, the more subtle it gets. You'll see how much fun it is to "Chasser le Petit" (hunt down the small one).

We live in Windsor Terrace, by Prospect Park, so the game could take place in a Park Slope Café or any nice place nearby.

Magyarországon is nagyon kedvelt ez a francia játék és itt is nehéz játékosokat találni. A kártyajátékok sok minden más mellett a háttérbe szorultak sajnos. De én is nagyon megszerettem! Néha játszunk Balázzsal és a szüleivel! Ugyhogy ha akartok Magyarországon játszani, itt lesz kivel.
That french card game is also popular in Hungary too and also difficoult to find players. In addition many other card games were pushed back, unfortunately. BUT I'm also very like it! Sometimes we play with Balázs and his parents! So if you want to play in Hungary, you can play with as!
I still need a little exercise. :/
And I write in Hungarian, to be in writing is a little Hungarian.

Zsuzso, meg csak most lattam a kommentarodat errol. Most fedeztem fel, hogy amit Mathieu tesz fel a blog-ra, azt en nem tudom szerkezteni, ugyhogy ezert nem volt magyar resze. De igaz, hogy neha lustak vagyunk magyarul is feltenni. Bocsanat ezert, a jovoben majd igyekszem. Nem is tudtam, hogy ti is jatszotok Tarokk-ot, ezt majd feltetlenul emlitem Mathieu-nek.
